Meet the team
Glenn Coulson | Associate Producer
Glenn has been a part of every aspect in the Canadian entertainment industry.
His vocal group V.I.P. (Voices In Public) has performed all over the world to audiences of thousands.
They won a 1999 Canadian Radio Music Award for Best New Group and a 2000 Genie Award for Best Original Song.
Glenn is a general partner of V.I.P.'s record label VM/Popular/EMI and for
After Tuesday, his country vocal group's label, ATP/Royalty Records.
Glenn's TV appearances include, Mike Bullard, Canada AM, Vicki Gabereau, Muchmusic, and YTV Hit List to name a few. In 2002 he was cast in a leading role in Disney's The Music Man starring Matthew Broderick and in 2005 starred in the YTV/Disney TV series Monster Warriors with Sean Cullen. As a voice actor, Glenn stars in the hit animated show Postcards From Buster playing Carlos and is the villain Tigrr-Jaxxon in the new Toonbox animated series Blip. Glenn is also the new co-host on Daytime for Rogers TV.
Erica Angus | General Manager
Erica has been with Theatre by the Bay for eight years in various capacities.
She brought to the company her experience in marketing and the arts.
Erica is a Board Member for
Tourism Barrie and a member of the Downtown Community Theatre Advisory Committee.
She played a key role in the development of the new Mady Centre for the Performing Arts and is thrilled that this summer we will presenting our season in this facility!
Erica would like to welcome everyone to our 2012 Season and our productions of Man of La Mancha, The Merry Wives of Windsor and Jacob Two-Two Meets the Hooded Fang.
Erica also coordinates our Shakespeare to the Classroom program where 5 of our actors visit 30 regional schools to teach students about the works of William Shakespeare. This year the program will present an abridged version of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Thank you to our fantastic team of volunteers, creative team and our wonderful Board of Directors, who give so much of their time to Theatre by the Bay. I’d like to extend a special welcome to Scott Hurst, our new Artistic Director! Thank you to Larissa and Nick for all you have done and all you do. Thank you also to our patrons, sponsors & members and to everyone who supports live theatre in Barrie. And welcome back to the wonderful Lee Wilson who will be directing The Merry Wives of Windsor for us this summer!
