Venue
We had hoped to move into the new Downtown Community Theatre but, unfortunately, it will not be ready in time for our 2011 season. We are happy to announce; however, that with assistance from the City of Barrie, we have secured Georgian Theatre at Georgian College, formally known as the Gryphon Theatre, located at 1 Georgian Drive in Barrie.
Please see our Venue page for more details.
Parking
Parking is available at Georgian College, the closest being lots 1 & 14, highlighted in green on the map below. Ensure you have a toonie (2 dollor coin) as you will need it to exit these parking lots.
The Performance
Doors open about 30 minutes before the “curtain”. If you've ordered your tickets by phone you will be able pick them up just inside the front doors as you enter.
No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the theatre and please be sure to turn off your cell phone.
Aprè-show
Barrie has lots to offer for after the show, or, for that matter, before the show too.
Have a bite to eat; perhaps a delicious dessert or a refreshing beverage, and then go tell all your friends how much fun you had and encourage them to get out and see more theatre!
See our Where to Eat page for dining ideas and our More Great Theatre page for a list of other great theatre groups in the area.
