Volunteers

Over 100 volunteers work with the company to make each season a success. Volunteers are given training and guidance and work in almost every area of the company. This provides lasting friendships, a sense of community, encourages self-worth and a positive job experience.

At Theatre by the Bay we are so excited about our up and coming season, marking 10 years of high calibre theatre right here in downtown Barrie. We invite you to share in that excitement!

Volunteers are needed to help in a variety of areas such as with sets, publicity, box office, ushering, wardrobe, props, funds raising and general labour.
