It's the height of the Great Depression and two desperate brothers commit an act of vengeance and defiance against their employer who threatens to take away an important part of their livelihood - harvesting ice on Kempenfelt Bay.
Our education programming continues to expand. The Barrie Theatre Lab will keep running on a monthly basis in 2023 (except for July-August). The Spark Development Series, our new play development and educational program, will provide local playwrights with workshops and mentorship under the guidance of program coordinator, Leah Holder.
Plus, Indie Producer Co-op is now a national program, with three different Co-ops running in 2023!
